2. Servo-Driven Feed System: The heart of precision. A servo motor pulls the tube a specific length for each cut, controlled by an encoder for

   accuracy.

3. Cutting Mechanism: The blade (rotary, guillotine, or saw) and its powerful motor.

4. Clamping Unit: Holds the tube perfectly still during the cut to ensure a clean, square edge.

5. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller): The machine's brain. It runs the program and ensures all parts work together.

6. HMI (Human-Machine Interface): Touchscreen for operators to set length, quantity, and speed, and to see diagnostics.

7. Discharge Conveyor: Automatically moves finished pieces away.

8. Dust Collection System: A vacuum that removes paper dust, keeping the workplace clean and protecting the machine.

How It Works: The Automated Cycle

1. Setup: Operator enters the cut length and quantity on the HMI and loads the master tube.

2. Feeding: The servo motor pulls the tube forward. The PLC counts encoder pulses to measure the exact length.

3. Clamping: The feed stops, and a pneumatic clamp secures the tube.

4. Cutting: Once clamped, the cutter activates and makes a precise cut.

5. Ejection: The clamp releases, and the conveyor carries the finished piece away. The cycle repeats until the quantity is reached.
