How an Automatic Machine Works (The Cycle)

The process is a continuous, automated loop:

1. Feed: The machine feeds the mother tube a pre-set length.

2. Clamp: The tube is firmly clamped.

3. Cut: The cutting head (e.g., rotary knife) moves across the tube, making a clean cut.

4. Eject: The clamp releases, and the cut piece is ejected onto the collection conveyor.

5. Return & Repeat: The cutting head returns to its start position, and the machine immediately begins feeding the tube for the next cut. This repeats until the mother tube is used up.
