The DTY POY Paper Tube Production Line is a fully automated system designed for manufacturing high-quality paper tubes used in the textile and packaging industries, especially for winding DTY (Drawn Textured Yarn) and POY (Partially Oriented Yarn). The process begins with the paper tube winding machine, which rolls kraft paper or liner paper into seamless tubes of various diameters and lengths. The machine uses precise tension control and automatic adhesive application to ensure strong, uniform tubes.
