NRC toilet paper making machine is a specialized industrial system designed to convert raw paper pulp into finished toilet paper rolls. These machines are used in large-scale manufacturing facilities and involve multiple stages, from pulping and sheet formation to creping, winding, and packaging. MAIN PARTS Reel and Rewinding Section The large parent roll (jumbo roll) is cut and rewound into smaller rolls suitable for further processing. Log Saw / Cutting Machine Cuts the large rewound rolls into shorter logs (individual roll lengths). Packaging Machine Wraps individual rolls or packs (e.g., 4-ply, 12-roll packs) using plastic film or paper. Control System (PLC & HMI) Automated control via Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces |
