These machines are not a single unit but a small production line composed of several key machines. They typically start from pre-processed

paper jumbo rolls (the large rolls coming off a tissue paper machine) and convert them into finished toilet rolls.

What a "Small Toilet Paper Making Machine"?

It's a Toilet Paper Rewinding and Converting Line. It takes a jumbo roll of already-produced, creped tissue paper as its raw material and performs all the steps to make it into sellable toilet rolls.

The Core Machines in a Small Setup

A basic small production line consists of two main machines:

1. The Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine

This is the heart of the operation. It performs the following functions automatically:

• Unwinding: Holds the large jumbo roll of tissue paper.

• Embossing: Passes the paper through patterned rollers to add texture and design. This is crucial for softness and appearance.

• Ply Bonding (for 2-ply): If making 2-ply, it combines two webs of paper and glues them together at the embossed points.

• Perforating: Adds the tear-off perforations between sheets.

• Rewinding & Log Cutting: Winds the paper onto long cardboard tubes and automatically cuts the continuous wound paper into shorter "logs" of the desired length. A typical log might be 1.2 to 1.8 meters long and will be cut into 8-12 individual rolls later.

2. The Log Sawing (or Cutting) Machine

This is a simpler, separate machine.

• Function: It takes the long logs produced by the rewinder and uses multiple circular saw blades to cut them into the final, consumer-sized toilet rolls.

• Operation: It can cut one log into many individual rolls in a single pass (e.g., one 1.5m log can be cut into ten 15cm rolls).
