This is a continuous, automated process that creates a rigid, L-shaped profile from multiple layers of kraft paper.

2. Gluing & Lamination: Adhesive is applied between each ply as they are fed together.

3. Forming & Folding: The glued plies are pressed and folded into a perfect 90-degree angle.
