1.Precision Cutting System
At the core of the machine is a servo-driven, guillotine-style cutting mechanism that ensures exact A4 dimensions (210 × 297 mm) with micron-level accuracy. Advanced sensors and a laser-guided alignment system continuously monitor paper feed to prevent skewing and maintain consistent cut quality. 2.High-Speed Wrapping & Bundling
Once cut and stacked into reams of 500 sheets, the paper is transferred to the wrapping station. The machine uses pre-fed or roll-type wrapping material (kraft paper or PP film) and applies heat-seal or adhesive sealing with precise tension control. Fully automated side and end flaps are folded and sealed, producing tightly wrapped, professional-grade reams. An integrated labeling module applies product barcodes or branding labels in real time.
