Main Parts of   Toilet Paper Production Line

1. Unwind Stands

One or more jumbo rolls are mounted. For 2-ply toilet paper, two rolls are mounted and their sheets are combined later.

2. Embossing & Ply Bonding

Embossing: The paper passes through rollers with patterns that press a design into the paper. This adds aesthetics, improves softness, and

creates a better bulk.

Ply Bonding (for 2-ply): If two plies are being used, they are brought together here. A light adhesive is often applied between the plies in a

pattern to glue them together.

3. Rewinding

The wide, multi-layered sheet is wound onto a long, solid cardboard core at high speed. This creates a continuous "log" of toilet paper that

can be 1.5-2 meters in diameter.

4. Log Saw

A high-speed circular saw cuts the large log into the individual-sized rolls you see in the store.

5. Packaging

The individual rolls are automatically wrapped in plastic or paper, bundled, and boxed for shipping.
