Toilet paper making machine is a compact production line designed for low to medium output, ideal for small businesses, startups, community
production, or farm diversification. It transforms large paper jumbo rolls into finished toilet paper rolls.
Semi-Automatic Machines: Require more manual intervention (e.g., loading cores, feeding paper, manual packing). Lower cost, suitable for very
small startups.
Fully Automatic Machines: Integrated lines that automate rewinding, embossing, perforating, cutting, logging, and sometimes even wrapping.
Higher output and consistency.
A full setup is more than just one machine; it's a line of connected equipment:
Toilet Paper Rewinding Machine: The core machine. It unwinds the large jumbo roll, piles 1-3 layers of paper, embosses patterns, perforates,
and winds it onto cardboard cores. Outputs long "logs."
Log Saw / Cutting Machine: Cuts the long rewound logs into individual toilet paper rolls of the desired size.
Toilet Paper Packaging Machine (optional but recommended): Can wrap individual rolls in film or poly, or pack multiple rolls into bags or boxes.
Manual packing is labor-intensive.
It include the automatic toilet paper rewinding machine, semi automatic paper cutter and semi automatic sealing machine.

It include the full automatic toilet paper making machine, automatic toilet paper cutting machine and automatic toilet paper packing machine.

A1: A full toiletpaper production line mainly consists of jumbo roll unwinder, rewindingembossingperforating host, log saw cutting machine and roll packing machine. Auxiliary parts include air compressor and electrical control cabinet. Buyers can choose modular configuration and add units stepbystep according to production budget and output goals.
A2: It supports virgin woodpulp jumbo tissue rolls and recycledpulp parent rolls. Applicable paper grammage ranges from 14 g/m² to 23 g/m², and it can produce 1ply, 2ply or 3ply finished toilet paper rolls for household and commercial scenarios.
A3: Key influencing factors include operating speed, finished roll size setting, raw paper quality, operator proficiency and equipment maintenance status. The theoretical maximum speed cannot be sustained continuously if raw material quality fluctuates.
A4: For standard fullauto converting line, a workshop area of 300450 m² is recommended. Normally 23 operators per shift are enough. Semiautomatic configurations need more manual labor for handling and packing finished rolls.
A5: NRC Machinery provides factory warranty, English operation manuals and maintenance video tutorials, plus lifelong remote technical support. Onsite commissioning and operator training are optional paid services. Spare parts can be delivered by sea or air. You may submit project inquiries via nrcmachinery.com for detailed solutions.
