Core Working Principle and System Composition The production process of the automatic spiral paper tube machine is a highly automated continuous process,

mainly completed by the following systems working together:

Raw Material Supply and Gluing: The machine is typically equipped with a multi-station paper tray, capable of simultaneously loading several rolls of slit paper.

Before entering the main machine, the paper strips are evenly coated with glue via a double-sided gluing device. The glue amount and position are adjustable to

ensure a strong bond.

Spiral Winding Forming: The glued paper strips converge at a specific angle onto a rotating steel mandrel. Through the traction and rotation of a belt or roller,

the paper strips spirally wind around the mandrel, bonding layer by layer to form a continuous paper tube. The machine's swing angle is adjustable to accommodate

different production specifications.

Precision Cutting to Fixed Length: During the continuous output of the paper tubes, a synchronous flying cutoff system at the rear end performs tracking cutting.

Controlled by a servo motor and encoder, it ensures that even when the machine is running at full speed, the paper tubes are precisely cut to the preset length with

a cutting accuracy of ±1-2mm.

Intelligent control and operation: The entire production line is centrally controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) in conjunction with a touch screen

human-machine interface. Operators can easily set parameters such as length, quantity, and speed. The system can also realize intelligent functions such as fault

self-diagnosis, paper breakage shutdown, and batch counting.
