Working Principle

Structural Composition

• Paper Feeding System: It consists of components such as paper reels and unwinding devices, which are responsible for smoothly feeding the roll paper into the machine.

• Gluing Device: It can apply glue evenly to the edge or surface of the paper strip. Common gluing methods include scraping and brushing. The glue tank is usually made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.

• Rolling Mechanism: It is the core part of the machine, which winds the glued paper strip around the mandrel through the rotation of the roller to form a paper tube.

• Cutting Device: It can cut the continuously produced paper tube into the specified length. Modern machines are usually equipped with automatic cutting systems to ensure the flatness of the cut.

• High Production Efficiency: The automated production process can significantly improve production speed and consistency, reducing the need for manual intervention and minimizing errors. For example, some models can produce 14-17 paper tubes per minute.

• Good Product Quality: It can accurately control parameters such as the inner diameter, wall thickness, and length of the paper tube to ensure the uniformity of product quality. The cut paper tube has a flat end face and parallel walls.

• Strong Adaptability: It can produce paper tubes of different specifications by adjusting equipment parameters, and can adapt to paper raw materials of different grammages and thicknesses. For example, the inner diameter of paper tubes produced by some machines ranges from 16mm to 76mm, and the thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 10mm.

• Energy Saving and Environmental Protection: Some machines have the characteristics of low power and low energy consumption, and use environmentally friendly glue, such as corn starch glue.
