Unwind: A jumbo roll is mounted and the paper is fed into the machine.
Emboss & Perforate: The paper is patterned and perforated into sheets.
Rewind: The paper is wound onto a cardboard tube, creating a long "log."
Cut: The log is cut into individual toilet rolls.
Package: Rolls are wrapped and packed for sale.

For a small plant, a Semi-Automatic Production Line is the most common choice.
The Core Line Includes:
Unwind Stand: Holds the jumbo roll.
Embosser: Adds patterns for softness and aesthetics.
Rewinding & Perforating Machine: The heart of the operation.
Log Saw: Cuts the long log into individual rolls.
Additional Necessary Equipment:
Core Making Machine (Optional but recommended): Allows you to make your own cardboard cores from paperboard, saving cost and ensuring supply.
Plastic Sealing Machine: For manually wrapping the finished rolls in plastic.
Forklift or Hydraulic Pallet Jack: For moving heavy jumbo rolls.
